Jennifer Lemert, N.P.

Jennifer Lemert, Advanced Nurse Practitioner, graduated nursing school from University of Maryland at Baltimore in 1991. For 5 years, she worked in Surgical Oncology at the National Institutes of Health, and in emergency departments as temporary nursing staff. In the mid-1990’s, she was mobilized with the US Public Health Service to Crown Point New Mexico to help respond to the Hanta Virus outbreak. It was this experience that leads her to pursue her training as a Nurse Practitioner. Since, she has worked in orthopedic, urgent care, emergency department,  otorhinolaryngology/facial plastic specialty areas, and currently general surgery. She initially lived in Alaska from 1999 to 2008, and then returned in 2012. Jennifer is married to Anthony Stein. They have two fantastic boys, Elliot and Colton. They reside in Anchorage.
